Mr. Moore has extensive history in cross-functional, multi-disciplinary design, integration, debugging, and testing of highly sophisticated DoD Electronic Warfare systems. He is internationally credentialed as a Project Management Professional (PMP), has a BSc in Aerospace Engineering, and an Executive MSc in Management of Technology.
