Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Functional Executive Agent Medical Support (FEAMS) Defense Business Systems (DBS)
Comprehensive Information Technology (IT) Defense Business System (DBS) Program Management (PM)for full program lifecycle. This includes sustainment management, contract management, contract development, budget development, budget forecasting, invoice processing, and execution in compliance with the DoDI 5000.75 Business Systems Requirements and Acquisition, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
FEAMS is a DoD ACAT IIII Defense Business System which supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) mission to standardize medical materiel within the Department of Defense (DoD). The FEAMS program supports the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Medical Materiel Executive Agent (MMEA) by enabling Information Management / Information Technology (IM/IT) capabilities to promote medical materiel interoperability, interchangeability, commonality, and increase medical supply chain effectiveness and efficiency in the Defense Medical Logistics Enterprise (DMLent)
Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD)
Executed development and performance strategies at system and subsystem level through multidisciplinary teams of management, hardware, software and systems engineering.
Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) is the naval component of the Missile Defense Agency's Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). Aegis BMD builds upon the Aegis Weapon System, Standard Missile, Navy and joint forces' Command, Control and Communication systems. The Navy embraces BMD as a core mission.
- Developed, integrated, and tested BMD capability for RADAR capability Aegis Destroyer/ Cruiser Combat System with Ballistic Missile Defense
Managed and tested technological capabilities for the US and Japan Aegis Fleet.
- Supported multiple live fire flight test missions
- Established and utilize an integrated schedule, technical scope baseline, and assess risk, continuously evaluated strategic plans, and processes for effective program and project execution
US NAVY NULKA
Sirius Industries commercial experience includes our world class Systems Engineering and RF Systems Engineering performed at both the development and production stages of the NULKA program
NULKA is the most sophisticated soft-kill defense system against anti-ship missiles available for the protection of surface warships. The MK 53 Decoy Launching System (DLS) (NULKA) is a rapid response Active Expendable Decoy (AED) System capable of providing highly effective defense for ships against modern Anti-Ship Missiles. NULKA is currently deployed on over 150 United States Navy (USN), Royal Australian Navy (RAN), United States Coast Guard (USCG), and Royal Canadian Navy warships.
Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35
RF Combat Environment Test System Development: Reqt’s development and management. Subcontractor oversight for most sophisticated RF Test Environment company has ever created. Performed EW Software requirements development.
The Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program is the Department of Defense's focal point for defining affordable next generation strike aircraft weapon systems for the Navy, Air Force, Marines, and our allies.
US Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) C-130J
Pre-Acquisition engineering services performed on an Electronic Combat Solution for the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) C-130 aircraft operating under Special Operations Command (SOCOM). This helped expand the operational capabilities for the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command’s AC/MC-130J with its radio frequency countermeasure system, providing the fleet with rapid response capabilities to protect the aircrew.
Conducted: Pre-Acquisition (Concept Development), Needs Analysis, Concept Exploration, Concept Definition and System Acquisition (Engineering Development), Advanced Development, Engineering Design, Integration and Evaluation
The AC-130J Ghostrider's primary missions are close air support, air interdiction and armed reconnaissance. Close air support missions include troops in contact, convoy escort and point air defense. Air interdiction missions are conducted against preplanned targets or targets of opportunity and include strike coordination and reconnaissance and overwatch mission sets. The AC-130J will provide ground forces an expeditionary, direct-fire platform that is persistent, ideally suited for urban operations and delivers precision low-yield munitions against ground targets.
DoD Spacecraft Operations
Performed real time spacecraft operations and maintenance, in one of the most important and prestigious DoD programs to ensure operational compliance. Operated a prestigious series of satellites in a fast paced 24/7 operations environment that provided configuration, administration, state of health assessments, operation, maintenance, upgrade, and engineering oversight for DoD Spacecraft.
B-2 Spirit
B-2 Subsystem developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E) conducted to assist in engineering design and development to verify that technical performance specifications have been met. Performed qualification testing to determine whether the engineering design is supportable (practical, maintainable, safe, etc.) for operational use.
The B-2 Spirit is a multi-role bomber capable of delivering both conventional and nuclear munitions. A dramatic leap forward in technology, the bomber represents a major milestone in the U.S. bomber modernization program. The B-2 brings massive firepower to bear, in a short time, anywhere on the globe through previously impenetrable defenses.
U-2 High-Altitude Reconnaissance Aircraft
Full systems engineering support for the Production and Deployment (PD) Phase for Full-Rate Production (FRP) is where a system that satisfies an operational capability is produced and deployed to an end user.
Ensured continued product performance, quality, and reliability. Qualification program comprised the entire process by which materials are proven to be in conformance with the requirements set forth in governing specifications. Qualification program reduced acquisition costs by reducing or eliminating repetitive surveillance audits, article testing, or qualification tests for product procurement and contract. Qualification also reduced unit product costs and improved readiness through ensured continuous availability of products with requisite quality, reliability, performance, and safety.
The U-2 provides high-altitude, all-weather surveillance and reconnaissance, day or night, in direct support of U.S. and allied forces. It delivers critical imagery and signals intelligence to decision makers throughout all phases of conflict, including peacetime indications and warnings, low-intensity conflict, and large-scale hostilities.
